1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees must be paid in full prior to the session.

Once a session is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the fee will be non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
4. Missed Appointments

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Healvdnavdisha

In the rare event that Healvdnavdisha has to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:

A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or

A full refund of the consultation fee (if rescheduling is not possible).

6. Online Payment Refunds

For payments made online, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
7. Non-Refundable Services

Digital products, special offers, courses, or workshops (if introduced in future) are non-refundable once purchased.
