1. Consultation Fees

  • All consultation fees must be paid in full prior to the session.

  • Once a session is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the fee will be non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

4. Missed Appointments

  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Healvdnavdisha

  • In the rare event that Healvdnavdisha has to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:

    • A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, or

    • A full refund of the consultation fee (if rescheduling is not possible).

6. Online Payment Refunds

  • For payments made online, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.

7. Non-Refundable Services

  • Digital products, special offers, courses, or workshops (if introduced in future) are non-refundable once purchased.
